Graphtek Interactive and Image Marketing Concepts (IMC) Merge

(PALM DESERT, CA -- ) Graphtek Interactive and Image Marketing Concepts (IMC), the Coachella Valley’s leading web development and marketing firms, are merging operations, announced Mike Cheley, CEO | creative director. The transaction will combine two of the largest web firms in the region into a single company with an expansive range of web development, marketing and branding capabilities.

“The merger makes tremendous sense for our clients and employees,” Cheley said. “IMC has been a leading force and a pioneer in website design and marketing since 1997, and Graphtek has been a creative and technology powerhouse since 1992. The combined operations will provide clients with an amazing depth of marketing skills, creative talent and technology expertise all under one roof.”

The merged company will operate under the Graphtek Interactive name. Spates will serve as President and oversee customer relations and new business development. Cheley will continue as CEO|Creative Director and oversee operations, creative and technology.
