Digital Project Manager

• Facilitate all communications between client and team
• Facilitate team meetings, briefs and updates
• Coordinate development of functional requirements & creative strategy on websites
• Manage all project documents
• Assume responsibility for:
• managing, monitoring and maintaining the project scope 
• communicating status of scope to team members 
• Managing budget and schedule
• Quality Assurance / testing
• Prepare and send weekly status updates to clients
• Schedule and task resources

Expectations

• Launch websites /complete projects on schedule

• Produce projects on or below budget

  >generate change orders when needed
• Meet or exceed quarterly managed revenue goals

Skills required

• Understanding of database design and theory
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Ability to deliver instructions in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in project management 
• Have a strong knowledge of web development processes, technologies and standards
• Demonstrate a passion for online marketing and staying current with relevant industry issues and trends
